Her sales and marketing skills were honed at Fidelity Investments, one of the world’s premier financial services firms, where she enjoyed a 14-year career. Lydia DeLeo is a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Wilmette office. Lydia’s real estate expertise comprises Wilmette, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Glencoe, Evanston and the surrounding North Shore communities. Lydia’s success is built on a strong business foundation; having worked in the financial service sector with Fidelity Investments, in their Institutional sales division in both sales and management, and more recently with one of the nation’s premier home design retailers. Lydia is well versed in home renovations, having undergone several of her own. Combined these experiences have proven invaluable when working with clients: in readying seller’s homes for the market for optimal saleability, assisting buyers to visualize potential in a property and ultimately negotiating the sale through closing for each of her clients.
Lydia has lived both in the city and more recently the North Shore, for over twenty-five years and considers this home. She resides in Wilmette with her family and understands the decisions that go into selecting the right community and ultimately the right home. As an active member of her North Shore community with children matriculating through the New Trier school system, she has firsthand knowledge of the local neighborhoods and amenities unique to each.
